Tempered glass installation method

(1) Stroke positioning. In the upper and lower metal tracks of the Home Decor glassware door leaf, the pin hole plate of the rotary pin and the rotary shaft connecting plate of the ground spring are fixed by wires. The specific operation can be carried out according to the installation instructions of the grounding spring product.
(2) Cut the glass. The installation dimension of the glass shall be measured from the top of the bottom and the middle of the glass position, and the minimum dimension is the cutting dimension of the glass width. If the dimensions measured at the top, middle and bottom are the same, the cut of the glass width shall be 3mm~5mm smaller than the measured dimension, and the cut of the glass plate in the height direction shall be 3mm~5mm smaller than the measured dimension decor. After cutting the glass plate, the four corners of the glass plate shall be chamfered, and the width of the chamfer shall be 2mm. If chamfering is carried out on site, the fine grinding wheel shall be fixed with a fine grinding operation to prevent debris.
(3) When inserting the upper and lower guide rails, consider the height dimension decor of the mobile fan. Under normal circumstances, the height of the glass should be less than the measured dimension of about 5mm to facilitate positioning adjustment during installation.
(4) High bottom support. The wooden tray with Stainless steel (or copper) finish decor can be fixed on the ground with wooden wedges wine glasses, and then the stainless-steel decorative plate can be glued on the wooden side with universal adhesive. If aluminum alloy square tubes are used, they can be fixed on the frame with aluminum angles or on the wooden wedges buried underground with wood screws.
(5) Install the fan. Use the glass suction cup to absorb the glass plate and place the glass in place. Insert the upper edge of the glass into the limit slot of the door frame, and then place the lower edge of the stainless-steel steel bag on the wooden tray facing the opening.
(6) Injection seal. The glass plate of the fixed part of the glass door shall be glued and sealed at the gap between the top limit slot and the bottom, and between the glass plate and the frame column. First, the glass rubber is opened and then loaded into the rubber for looting, that is, the end plate of the rear pressure bar of the looting rubber is pressed on the bottom of the glass rubber tank; Then grasp the rubber with one hand to grasp the body, and the glue with the other hand. The pressure handle operates continuously with loose pressure to circulate the pressure handle, and the glass glue is injected into the gap end to seal. Starting from the gap to be bonded, the gap moves at a uniform speed, so that the glass adhesive forms a uniform straight line at the gap. Finally, scrape off the excess glass glue with a plastic sheet and wipe the glue mark with a blade. When the fixed glass plate on the door needs to be matched, the joint width shall be 3 mm to 5 mm, and the edge of the glass plate shall be chamfered. After the glass plate is positioned and firmly installed, inject the glass glue into the butt joint, scrape the glue on both sides of the glass plate with a plastic sheet, and rub the residue with a blade.
(7) Fix the upper and lower guide rails of the door. After determining the height of the door leaf, the upper and lower guide rails can be fixed. In the gap between the glass plate and the metal rail, the small wooden rod is inserted on both sides at the same time, tapped and stabilized, and then the gap formed between the small wooden rod, the door glass and the cross-bar glass glue.
(8) The fan is fixed. First, adjust the adjusting screw of the locating pin on the door frame beam to 1mm~2mm outside the beam plane, then install the glass door leaf, align the hole position of the rotary pin joint in the lower crossbar of the door leaf with the rotary pin of the ground spring, rotate the door leaf and put the hole into the pin rotation axis. Then rotate the door leaf 90 ° to make it at right angles to the door frame cross beam, align the hole of the rotary connector in the door leaf cross beam with the locating pin on the door frame cross beam, and insert the locating pin into the hole about 15mm (adjust the adjusting pin screw).
(9) Install the handle. The handle hole on the tempered glass door leaf is generally processed when ordering in advance. The connecting part of the handle should not be too tight when inserted into the hole but should be loosened. Before installation, apply a little glass glue on the part where the handle is inserted into the glass; If it is too loose, put a piece of soft adhesive tape on the insert. When assembling the handle, tighten the fixing screw after the root is close to the glass.

Tempered Glass Picking Tips

1. Look at the appearance
When purchasing tempered glass, first look at the appearance to see whether the glass is transparent and free of impurities, bubbles and other defects. Due to the impurity of glass materials or process defects, the glass may have defects such as noise and bubbles, thus reducing the hardness and strength of the glass.
2. See certification
The second is to see if there is CCC mark certification and brand identification on the original glass. Some tempered glass with poor quality has lower firing temperature and insufficient strength in the manufacturing process. Therefore, when in use, it is easy to burst due to high temperature or impact.

Last but not least, look at the model and the fully toughened glass chip model. Tempered glass shall reach 40 or above according to national standards.
